The matter has been amicably settled between the parties for an amount of Rs. 2,20,000/- as full and final settlement in the form of DD bearing no. 521857 has already been handed over to the complainant, copy of the same is placed on record.

 The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted.  Complaint is disposed of as settled.   Copy of   this order be given Dasti.
