Present:                          Shri Subhash Bajaj counsel for complainant 

On enquiry he submits that although he has filed complaint against four OPs but basically his main claim is only against OP1 with whom the amount was deposited. He also submitted that there are some necessary corrections required in body of complaint and as such complaint be returned to him with permission to file afresh on the same ground after removing the technical defects. Heard. Allowed.

By keeping one copy of complaint and the order sheet in this Commission, file be returned to complainant with liberty to file fresh on the same cause of action.
