Both the  parties are  present   today   through   ld. counsel.  Counsel    for the    complainant   has     filed  a   petition   vide     no-  2410/23  prayed   for   withdraw   the case   .  Opp.  party  has    no objection      on it.  Prayer   for   withdrawal    is   allowed.
