ORDER

 

The arguments in this case were heard on 04.10.2019, however order not pronounced. Thereafter complainant stopped appearing and appeared once on 31.01.2020. On the last date of hearing court notice was directed to be issued to the complainant however despite service, complainant has not appeared in this case. It seems that complainant is not interested in pursuing the matter.  Commission can not inclined to accommodate to keep it any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for non-appearance, non-prosecution in light of the detailed observation. File be consigned to record room.
