ORDER

     At this stage, vide his separate statement, Sh.Daman Jeet Bhoriwal, Counsel for Complainant/DH has stated that the complainant/DH has received total amount of Rs.23,000/-, i.e. Rs.22,900/- through Google Pay vide UPI ID 408205140567 and Rs.100/- through Google Pay vide UPI ID 444803134987, from accused as full & final settlement amount in the present matter, hence, the complainant/DH does not want to proceed with the present execution application further. In view of the statement made by the counsel for complainant/DH, the present execution application is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Non bailable warrant issued against the accused, if any, be called back unexecuted.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
