NAWAB SINGH J, (ORAL)

By filing this revision petition, Gurmail Singh-complainant (petitioner herein) has challenged the order dated December 16th, 2015 passed by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Sirsa (for short ‘District Forum’) whereby his evidence was closed by the Forum.

2.      It is the case of the petitioner that due to false implication of his son Sukhpal Singh and daughter Avtar Kaur in FIR No.284 dated October 01st, 2015 under Section 498A, 406 and 34 IPC, he could not properly pursue the complaint.  He may be allowed to conclude his evidence for proper adjudication of the matter in a more complete and effective manner.

3.      Be that as it may and considering the golden principle that everyone approaching the temple of justice should feel satisfied in the matter of getting opportunity to present his or her case as good as he or she can, this revision petition is accepted and impugned order is set aside.

4.      The parties are directed to appear before the District Forum on August 29th, 2016.

5.      Copy of this order alongwith record be sent to the District Forum.
