The complainant is absent . He has been absent regularly except on 18.07.09 when he was represented and that date the complainant was admitted and the complainant was asked to file necessary requisites  . It appears he had filed the  requisites but failed to file the postal charge and for want of postal charge notice could not be sent . The complainant was given 25.07.09 , 01.08.09 , and today 27.08.09 as last date , but he failed to file the postal stamp. 

                          The Members have perusal the record and they are of the opinion that for non compliance of filing the postal charge by the complainant this case must be dismissed and accordingly this complaint is dismissed for non compliance by the complainant .
