Complainant and Opposite Party filed compromise on 30.01.2017  which
has been attested by this Forum on the same date. Hence looking to the
terms of compromise, (Ex1) , OP has paid an amount of Rs. 4,12,557/-
vide cheque no. 000009 dated 25.01.2017  to complainant  as full and
final settlement and no dues are left. Both the parties mutually
decided the case and no more dispute is left between the parties.

As  complainant has received the full and final payment from OP hence
the case is  disposed of as settled. Copy of this order be made
available to the parties free of cost as per law. File be consigned to
record room.
