Statement of Sh.Kapil Dev son of Sh.Mangat Ram age 26 years c/o M/s Kapil Fruits Company,Maur Mandi, Ward No.8,Mall Godown Road,Maur Mandi on oath. I have effected compromise with the opposite parties. Mobile handset (new) has been delivered to me. In these circumsances, I do not want to proceed with this complaint. It may be dismissed as withdrawn, leaving the parties to bear their own costs. RO&AC Member President, D.C.F. 30.5.08 Present: Complainant in person with his counsel Sh.R.D.Goyal.
