1. This order shall dispose of an application filed by Complainant for restoration of the complaint which was dismissed vide order dated 05.07.22 for non-prosecution.   
2. We heard the Complainant and have perused the file. The complaint of the Complainant was dismissed for non-prosecution vide order dated 05.07.22.  The case of the Complainant is that on 05.07.22 he could not appear due to illness. The perusal of the file shows that the Complainant stopped appearing after 13.10.21. The Complainant did not appear on four dates consecutively. The Complainant has not given any explanation for such a long absence. The application is not supported by any affidavit or any other documentary evidence. Therefore, we do not see any merit in the application and the application is dismissed.
3. Order announced on 30.01.23.

Copy of this order be given to Applicant/Complainant free of cost.

File be consigned to Record Room.
