Heard the counsel for the petitioner Bank. He states that so far as the orders passed by the Fora below is concerned, the petitioner bank has no grievance against the same in regard to the deficiency in service and the award of compensation which amount has already been deposited but it is certain observations made by District Forum in para 7 of the order passed by it, which has prompted the bank to come to this Commission. That according to the understanding of the Bank, the Bank has been debarred from recovering the amount from respondent payable in different loan accounts. In our opinion the said observation will not debar the petitioner bank from seeking their legal dues from the respondent. With these observations, the revision petition is dismissed.
