Aggrieved by the order in C.C.No.103/2008
The brief facts as set out in the complaint are that the complainant is the owner of Scorpio bearing No.A.P.28 AM 9787 and purchased it from the previous owner namely, R.Suryakantha Rao of Khammam for a sum of Rs.6,10,000/- and got it transferred on 12-2-2007. Kurnool, who estimated the damages at Rs.1,16,894.
Opposite party No.2 was called absent and was set exparte.
Opposite parties 1 and 3 filed counter denying the allegations made in the complaint.
Based on the evidence adduced i.e. Exs.A1 to A9 and B1 and the pleadings put forward, the District Forum allowed the complaint in part directing respondents to jointly and severally pay Rs.79,144/- towards repair charges without interest together with Rs.10,000/- towards compensation and costs of Rs.1,000/-.
Aggrieved by the said order, the opposite parties preferred this appeal.

The opposite party repudiated the claim on the ground that the complainant Ex.A7 is the Photostat copy of form No.24 B registration of the motor vehicle and Ex.A9 is the certificate of registration of the vehicle in the complainant’s name. in which the apex court held that unless
