None is present for the appellants. Advocate Mr. Jawake is present for the respondent. He submitted that he has not received cost of Rs. 500/- from the appellants as per order dated 5/3/2014. Perusal of the record and proceeding of the appeal shows that in pursuance of notice issued to both the parties by this Commission, Advocate Mr. Gaikawad had appeared for the appellants and he sought adjournment for filing written notes of arguments.  The respondent already filed written notes of arguments. Three days have been given to the appellants for filing written notes of arguments on last three dates but the same are not filed. Moreover none appeared for the appellants on last date also for hearing. Therefore the appeal deserves to be dismissed  in default. Appeal be recalled at the end of the board for orders.
