                   Memo of appearance on behalf of  O.P.No.1 filed. Ld. counsel for OP No.1 has also filed a copy of noting given by the complainant, as per which he has submitted that : “On dated 21.08.2019, one mechanic from AUIS company has replaced the Fan motor of cooler at his residence”.

                   Case called several times since morning. But none appeared on behalf of complainant. It is already 3.30P.M. In view of the above statement made by the complainant and placed on record by the opposite party no.1, it is observed that the grievance of the complainant has already been resolved by the opposite party. Hence he has not come present before this Forum. As such, present complaint is hereby dispose of.

                   File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
