                    Matter was  called many times  since morning  but  none put appearance on behalf of the complainant to file rejoinder  and evidence and  conditional cost.  Complainant was not present on previous four dates.   It is already  3.00 P.M.  No further wait is justified and possible. It seems that the complainant is not interested in prosecution of complaint. Hence the complaint is dismissed in default for non prosecution.
