Learned counsel for both the parties are present. Learned counsel for complainant has filed a memo to withdraw the case on the ground that it has been amicably settled by both the parties out of the forum. Learned counsel for the OP no-2 has filed the copy of the draft showing receipt of the settled amount by the complainant. The complainant has signed on the withdrawal memo. The other side has no objection with the withdrawal. So the withdrawal is allowed with condition that complainant can not file fresh case on similar cause of action. The case is closed.
