Case has been called several times since morning and ultimately at 3.30 p.m., but none appeared on behalf of the complainant. On the last 3 dates of hearing also i.e.17.2.2016, 26.2.2016 and 2.3.2016, none appeared on behalf of the complainant. Today also, none appeared on behalf of the complainant. Evidence also not produced by the complainant. It seems that the complainant is not interested in prosecuting the present complaint and same is hereby dismissed in default for want of prosecution. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
