                                 Balwant Singh  versus Gagandeep etc.

                    Proclamation issued against Jd jagjit Singh son of balwant singh received back duly effected. Statement of the executing  police official has been recorded wherein he submitted that he visited to the house of the Jd jagjit Singh son of balwant singh several times but he did not meet. One copy of proclamation was pasted on the house of Jd jagjit singh son of Balwant singh and public place on 02.02.2019. He also pasted one copy outside of the court.

                    Perusal of the statement of SI Jagjeet No.1008, DPO (Summon Branch) KKr shows the proclamation was paste on 02.02.2019. A mandatory period of 30 days has been elapsed. Case called several times since morning. But none has appeared on behalf of JD jagjit Singh son of balwant singh . The mandatory period of 30 days has already been elapsed. As such JD jagjit singh son of balwant singh is declared as proclaimed offender. Intimation be given to the concered SHO. File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
