Complainant has made a statement that the matter has been compromised with the opposite parties. Learned counsel of opposite party has made statement that he is ready to pay Rs. 4000/- within one month. The mobile phone in question is not broken and not fell into the water. As per compromise opposite party has given the cheque within one month and I will bound to handover the mobile set in question only on receipt of cheque from the opposite parties. Now he do not want to pursue with the present complaint further and wants to withdraw the same. Keeping in view on the statement of both the parties, present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to record after due compliance.
