None appeared. After going through the case record, it is evidence that the Complainant has been remianing absent in number of dates and without steps. On 8.8.2019 Complainant's father inform this Forum that his son (Complainant) been pursuing his studies in Arunachal pradesh and that he will not be able to come to the Forum anymore. This Commission does not feel convincing that the Complainant will pursue the matter, hence dismissed the case on non-prosecution.
