Sh. Ajay Shanker, Adv.appeared on behalf of the opposite parties No.2 & 3 and filed memo of appearance. Sh.Vivek Kumar Garga, Adv.appeared on behalf of opposite party No.1 and filed power of attorney. Sh.Ajay Shanker,Adv.counsel for the opposite party No.3 got recorded his statement that opposite party No.3 is ready to refund the price value of the mobile set in question amounting to Rs.14600/-to the complainant subject to return of the mobile set in dispute, original bill, job sheet alongwith accessories in possession of the complainant within 15 days from today. In view of the above statement, Sh. Sahil Sharma, complainant got recorded his statement that in view of the statement made by the counsel for the opposite party No.3,he agreed with the same and the Hon'ble Forum may pass adequate order for the time period for compliance of the said statement.

In view of the statements of both the parties, present complaint is disposed of with directions to the complainant that he shall return the mobile set in question, original bill, job sheet alongwith accessories in the possession of the complainant to the opposite party No.3 within 15 days from today and opposite party No.3 is directed to refund the price value of the mobile set in question Rs.14600/- within one month from the receipt of the mobile set in question, original bill alongwith accessories in possession of the complainant. Copies of the order be furnished to the parties free of costs. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
