According to office report dated 18.04.2022, demand draft No. 162687 dated 06.04.2022 issued by HDFC Bank, Dehradun, consisting of Rs. 27,67,016/- (Rupees Twenty Seven Lacs Sixty Seven Thousand Sixteen Only) has been received from the office of District Magistrate, Dehradun.

Learned counsel for the applicants / decree holders submits that the aforesaid amount has been sent by the office of District Magistrate, Dehradun, in compliance of recovery certificate issued by this Commission for realization of decretal amount from the opposite parties / judgment debtors.  He states that the execution application may be dismissed in full satisfaction of the decree passed by this Commission.

Accordingly, the execution application is dismissed in full satisfaction of the decree.  The aforesaid demand draft, which has been received towards realization of decretal amount, be handed over to the learned counsel for the applicants / decree holder, after retaining a photocopy of the same on record.
