From the perusal of the record, it transpires that on 22.07.2015 and on 18.01.2018 there was direction to file an application for permission under section 12 clause C of the consumer protection Act. 1986, but neither the complaint filed application nor he has been appearing in this case for the compliance of the order. Even on 19.05.2022 last chance was given for make compliance but no compliance has been made. While as per the provision under section 12 sub-clause C of the Consumer Protection Act. 1986 permission of the District Forum was required as there are more than one consumers who are said to be the complainant. In this case all together seven complainants who have filed this application. In a such situation-specific petition under section 12 sub-clause C was required to be filed for seeking permission.

                                  Besides the above, it also transpires that complainants has been absent since long which shows that complainant has got no interest in this case. Accordingly, this case stands dismissed and disposed of.
