Case has been called several times since morning and ultimately at 4.00 p.m., but none appeared on behalf of the complainant. On the previous date of hearing i.e.11.6.2015 also, none appeared on behalf of the complainant. But in the interest of justice, one more opportunity was granted to the complainant for concluding entire evidence subject to deposit of costs of Rs.200/- in the Consumer Legal Aid Account. Costs also not paid. It seems that the complainant is no more interested in prosecuting the present complaint. Resultantly, present complaint is dismissed in default for want of prosecution. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
