This complaint was presented on 16.03.2016 and was registered and was taken on board on 22.03.2016 to hear regarding maintainability of the complaint.  On 22.03.2016, 24.03.2016 and 29.03.2016 the advocate for the complainant was present and sought time to submit his arguments regarding maintainability of the complaint.  On his request, the case was adjourned to 07.04.2016.  However, since from 07.04.2016 till this date the complainant as well as his advocate remained absent and failed to submit regarding the maintainability of the complaint.

The perusal of the complaint discloses that, the complainant is not a ‘Consumer’ as defined under the Consumer Protection Act.  The complainant failed to convince the Forum that he falls within the definition of Consumer as defined under the Consumer Protection Act and the dispute is Consumer Dispute.  Therefore, the complaint is dismissed as the same is not maintainable.
