          On 17.03.16 last opportunity was granted to the appellant and a registered A/d notice vide no.753 dated 26.03.16 was issued to him to remain present on 02.09.16. 

           But none is present today.  This indicates that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the case.

          The appeal is therefore dismissed for want of prosecution.
