The complainant ia absent today though the case is fixed for hearing . on the previous two dates also no pairvi was made on behalf of the complainant . Attendance was filed on behalf of the Op.

The learned lawyer appearing for the Op . submitted that this case was filed by the complainants with grievance that the sim cards were not provided  to them though the Op had assured to provide it to the complainant. he submitted that by now. sim cards were provided to the complainants . The learned lawyer OP Tiwary empowering on behalf of the complaints also submitted that till pretty long time he had no contact with and no instruction from the complaints . He submitted that it appears that main grievance i.e.. the providing of sim cards by the Op . company to them is by a now removed and therefore they are taking no interest to proceed  with this case . both the lawyers submitted to pass necessary order in the light of their submissions . Having heard the learned lawyers . we feel of no use to keep the case pending any further . in the result, the case of the complainants is dismissed for non- prosecution.
