The short grievance of the complainant is that he did not find shed on Nizamuddin Railway Station and got drenched due to rain.  It has blamed railways for such state of affairs at Railway Station in the country.  He has raised many other allegations of similar nature.

We have heard him. In our view the complaint shows no consumer dispute, though it mentions, what at best it can be called a public grievance, addressed by Railway Authority, by planning for such things and facilities at Railway Station.

The complaint is hence dismissed as not disclosing reasonable consumer dispute.
