Complainant is present along with her advocate. O.P. is absent today. The complainant has filed petition No.09/23 stating that both the parties have already settled the matter outside the Commission and the complainant does not want to proceed further in this case and prays before the Commission to pass necessary order withdrawing the present case.

From perusal of records/order sheets it is seen that in two earlier occasions, i.e. on 21.05.2022, the O.P. in this case informed the court vide petition No.89/22 that some compromise talk was going on in between the parties  and on 13.12.22 also vide petition No.245/22 the complainant herself stated that a compromise talk was going on in between the parties for an amicable settlement some time was necessary. On the basis of the above two and current petition (No.09/23) filed today the Commission is pleased to dispose the case on withdrawal by the complainant.
