A joint application has been filed by both the parties wherein OP is ready to replace defective parts i.e. Ac Coil and PCB and gave 6 months fresh warranty effective from 01.03.2023 to 31.08.2023 for which complainant is also agreed and requested to withdraw the matter as amicably settled between the parties. Therefore the matter may be disposed off as settled.

The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted Complaint is disposed off as settled. Copy of this order be given Dasti.

File be consigned to the record room.
