FINAL ORDER / JUDGEMENT

Hazira is filed on behalf of the complainant through Advocate.

Step is taken on behalf of the O.P. through Advocate/Authorized Agent by filing W.V.

On the prayer of both sides the case is taken up for Final disposal.

The complainant purchased a Water Purifier machine Kent Supreme Inline on 24-07-2018 for Rs.17,500/- from O.P. No.1 but the said machine was found defective after installation and operation and the Service Provider / O.P. No.2 could not remove the defects and as a result the Water Purifier machine went completely dead within four months from the date of purchase. The complainant has therefore filed the instant case against the O.P.s for appropriate relief.

The O.P. after appearance filed W.V. stating that the Service Provider has already cured the defect of the Purifier on 20-06-2019 and the complainant has put his signature in the Service Card with the remark that the Purifier is now working and he is satisfied with the service.                                                                                                                                                                                     Contd……..p/2

At the time of hearing Ld. Advocate appearing for the complainant has admitted this fact. So there is no point of Consumer disputes to be decided by this Commission.

Hence, it is ordered…..

That the instant case is disposed of accordingly.

Copy of this judgement be supplied to both parties free of cost.
