This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to pay a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- towards compensation for mental agony and financial loss suffered by the complainant with cost to the complainant.

.

Proof Affidavit of the complainant and 1^st opposite party not filed for a long time to prove the allegations in the complaint and contentions in the written version for a long time.  Both parties called absent.   Hence, this complaint is dismissed for default.
