      This case coming on this day for final hearing before us in the presence of  the complainant in person and Sri  N.P.Sreenivaslu, Advocate for the Opposite Party and after perusing the material papers on record and after hearing the arguments of both sides, the Forum delivered the following:

          Memo filed by the complainant stating that the matter is settled out of Forum and the complainant prayed that Hon’ble Forum may be pleased to dismiss the complaint as settled out of Forum and to return the mouse to him, in the interest justice.

          In view of the above memo the above complaint is dismissed as settled out of Forum and the mouse returned to the complainant.
