01.     This is an application filed by the opposite parties 1 and 2 Under Section  15 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 to set aside the impugned order dated 20^th March, 2018 in CC No. 60 of 2015 on the file of the District Forum, Mahabubnagar.

02.     On behalf of the appellants a memo is filed to the effect that the matter has been settled out of Court and requested to withdraw the appeal.  In view of the same, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
