Today is fixed for filing amended complaint by the complainant.
But the complainant is absent without steps.
He is directed to show cause on 05.12.2022 as to why his case will not be dismissed for default.
Later,
The Ld. Advocate appearing for the complainant turns up and files an application for amendment of the complainant.
The application is registered as MA/175/2022.
05.12.2022 is fixed for hearing of the amended application.
A careful perusal of the petition reveals that only for correction by typographical mistake in relation to section of law this amendment has been sought for and therefore the petition is taken up for hearing.
After hearing the Ld. Advocate and perusing the petition, we think that the prayer made out in the petition should be allowed for the ends of justice. Hence it is allowed.
The Ld. Advocate appearing for the complainant files amended complaint resulting any insertion of corrected section of law only.
Amended complaint is filed.
The Ld. Advocate appearing for the complainant is directed to issue notices to the Ops fixing 05.12.2022 for S/R and appearance and asking them to file W/V within 30 days from the date of the receipt of the notices.
The MA application being No. 175/2022 stands disposed of.
Let a plain copy be given to the parties free of cost as per CPR.
