ORDER As per the no dues certificate of SBI Card No. 00040066610 34397773 pertaining to the complainant, filed by the opposite parties, it is evident that there is no dues in the complainant's account. As per the above certificate the above card stands settled and it is stipulated that any legal proceedings initiated or complaints lodged by the
company against the complainant shall be withdrawn unconditionally with immediate effect from 21.10.2008. The complainant insists for passing an order for closing the said account also.
Hence we hereby direct the opposite parties to close the above referred account of the complainant. The complaint is disposed of accordingly.
