ORDER

     Vide his separate statement recorded on 15.04.2024, Sh.Khem Chand Verma, Father/Natural Guardian of Ms.Akanksha Verma Complainant/DH being minor, has stated that he has received an amount of Rs.31,210/- through UPI from JDs/Accused through their counsel Sh.Bhavpreet Singh Dhatt, Advocate, in compliance with the order dated 06.04.2023 passed by this Commission in CC/851/2022. It has been further stated by Sh.Khem Chand Verma that since the order dated 06.04.2023 passed by this Commission in CC/851/2022 has been fully complied with by JDs/Accused, hence, he does not want to proceed with the present execution application further and prayed that the same be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. The present execution application is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
