          I have been authorized to settle the complaint with HTC India Pvt. Ltd. (OP-2) and have settled the same.  The complainant have received an amount of Rs. 17,500/- (Rupees seventeen thousand and five hundred only) from OP-2, as full and final settlement.

          Case was taken up in Lok Adalat.  The case has been settled.           Shri Puneet Tandon, Counsel for complainant has been authorised to settle the complaint.  Complainant have received an amount of           Rs. 17,500/- (Rupees seventeen thousand and five hundred only) from OP-2, as full and final settlement.  Since, the matter has been settled between the parties, the complaint stands satisfied.
