          Today the case is fixed for appearance of OPs No.1 and 2. At this stage, Ld. Counsel for the Complainant, by making a separate statement, on the instructions of the Complainant stated that the Complainant does not want to pursue with the present complaint and, therefore, he wants to withdraw the same on behalf of the Complainant.

          Heard. In view of the statement made by Ld. Counsel for the Complainant, the present Complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.

                     A copy of this order be sent to the Complainant, free of costs and File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
