Today, the case is fixed for ex-parte arguments. But, the learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement recorded separately that the matter has been compromised between the parties, therefore, the complainant does not want to pursue the present complaint and, therefore, the instant complaint may be dismissed as withdrawn, being compromised.
