Perused the complaint, heard advocate has the Complaint.

After perusal of the complaint, it received that the policy is concerned on 21/04/2021 of the complainant has to raise any objection about the terms of Condition of the policy between the free look period of 15 days, but the Complainant fails to do.

Now The Complainant has no legal right to challenge the terms of Condition of policy after two years of policy as the contract between the insurer & insured is the almost  good faith contract.

Also the cause of action to file this complaint is arise on 21/04/2021 therefore the complaint has to filed till 20/04/2023, but the Complainant filed this complaint on 05/07/2023 which is beyond the period of limitation, hence the  Complainant is ho pettishly  barred by limitation.

Complaint stands dismissed as barred by Limitation.
