ORDER

     In compliance with the notice/order dated 15.05.2020 & 29.05.2020 of the Hon’ble State Commission, U.T. Chandigarh, case taken up through video conferencing due to outbreak of COVID-19 & measures to control it, as per Standard Operating Procedure framed by Hon’ble State Commission.

     Order dated 17.06.2020 and 22.06.2020 perused which shows that counsel for complainant had prayed for time to move an application for withdrawal of the complaint with liberty to file fresh. Now application, duly signed by counsel for complainant, for withdrawal of the complaint received through petition box and he has prayed for permission to withdraw the present consumer complaint with liberty to file fresh. Contents of the application perused. Due to some technical defect/typographical mistake, he wants to withdraw the present consumer complaint with liberty to file fresh. Counsel for OP No.1 & 2 stated at bar that he has no objection in case application is allowed. Accordingly, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with permission to file fresh on the same cause of action of course subject to law of limitation.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
