Heard both the parties and perused the papers. The opponents have produced zerox copy of cheque dated 31^st January, 2014 issued In favour of the Complainant towards insurance claim, for the same cause of action. It was realised by the complainant.  The present complaint is filled on 24^th  February, 2014 i.e. after realization of the cheque issued by Respondent no. 1 towards insurance claim. The complainant can not claim benefit for second time.  Therefore the present complaint is not maintainable. Hence the proceeding is closed.
