1.         Future General India Life Insurance Company Limited, through its Managing Director, 001, Trade Plaza, Ground Floor, 414, Veer Savarkar Marg, Prabhadevi, Mumbai 400025.

2.         The Branch Manager, Future General India Life Insurance Company Limited, SCO No.78-79, 2nd and 3rd Floor, Sector 17-C, Chandigarh.

                                                                                                            - Opposite Parties

 

Present:           Complainant in person with counsel Sh.Karan Nehra, Advocate.

Sh.Ravinderpal Singh, Sr.Area Manager/Representative on behalf of OPs.

 

 

Dated, the 8th day of April, 2011.

                        ORDER

 

1.                     Keeping in view the spirit of Lok Adalat, the parties appeared and the complainant has made statement, which is reproduced as under:-

“Statement of Sh.Gurinder Pal Singh Daulke s/o Sh.Gursewak Singh, Complainant in person.

 

The matter has been settled between the parties. I have received cheque No.031865, dated 16.3.2011 amounting to Rs.9980/- in my name from the OPs towards full and final settlement. Hence I withdraw my present complaint as satisfied”

 

2.                     In view of the above statement of the complainant, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being satisfied.

3.                     Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
