Present:- Sh. Sanjeev Gupta, counsel for complainant alongwith director of the complainant Sh. Chetan Prakash.

Sh. Ravi Prakash, Attorney of the OP.

Matter has been amicably settled between the parties for a sum of Rs. 4,75,000/-. A cheque for a sum of Rs. 4,75,000/- is handed over to Sh. Chetan Prakash, Director of the complainant by the OP as full and final settlement of the claim of the complainant same is received by the him under receipt.

Copy of the cheque place on record.                         

In view of the above statement made between the parties. The present complaint is disposed off as settled.
