Present: Complainant in person with Sh.Anil Kumar Sangwan, Advocate Sh.Satender Kumar, counsel for OP No.1 & 2. Sh.Hitender Panwar, counsel for Op No.3.
File taken up today on the application moved by counsel for OP No.1 & 2. Ld. Counsel for OP No.1 & 2 has stated that the matter has been compromised with complainant and the insurance company will pay a sum of Rs.70,000/- in the loan account of the complainant with OP No.3, as full and final settlement, within 45 days. The complainant has stated that he has understood the statement made by learned counsel for Op No.1, 2 & 3.
Heard. In view of the statement made by both the parties, present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. The OP No.1& 2 are directed to pay Rs.70,000/- in the loan account of the complainant with Op No.3, being full and final settlement, within 45 days from today. The statements be made part of this order. In case of default, complainant is entitled to get interest @ 12% per annum on the amount Rs.70,000 from the date of default till its final realization. Certified copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of costs. The file be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
