Today, the case was fixed for filing written version by the opposite parties. But at this stage, the complainant made the following statement

“Stated that today the opposite parties have handed over one cheque bearing No. 393006 dated 10.1.2019 payable in favour of Sukhbir Singh (complainant) as amount claimed by me in the present complaint and now nothing is due of complainant towards the opposite parties and I do not want to pursue the present complaint further and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn having been compromised”

In view of ibid statement, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn having been compromised. Copy of order be supplied to the parties as per rules. After completion file be consigned to record room.
