ORDER

 

Complainant has been very erratic and irregular post re-opening of Court after covid. Present Bench taking over the charge in November, 2021. However he failed to appear in December, 2021, July, 2022 & July, 2023. OP has also not appeared after October, 2019 & this is the first appearance after 04 years from OP. It is 2012 matter. Commission is not inclined to accommodate complaint any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for willful non-appearance, non-prosecution in light of the detailed observation. File be consigned to record room.
