ORDER

            The complainant produced on record the photocopies of receipts of Rs.10,000/- and Rs.13,000/- respectively. Counsel for OPs made statement that the complainant has made the payment of Rs.23,000/-  to the OPs, therefore, the OPs are ready to issue the NOC to the complainant within three weeks from today, failing which OPs shall pay damages to the complainant to the tune of Rs.5000/-. The complainant admitted statement of counsel for OPs to be correct and prayed that the complaint may be disposed of accordingly. Such statement is placed on record.

            In view of this, the OPs are directed to issue the NOC to the complainant within three weeks from today, failing which OPs shall pay damages to the complainant to the tune of Rs.5000/- and applicant will have the right to approach this Forum. The complaint stands disposed of accordingly.

            Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
