Consumer Complaint No.205 of 2013

ORDER

            Sh.Sandeep Suri, Advocate, has filed vakalatnama for OPs. A compromise has been arrived at between the parties with the efforts of Lok Adalat.

            Sh.Umang Dutta, Collection Manager of Fullerton India Credit Company, on behalf of OPs, has made the following statement, recorded separately;-

“The OPs agrees to settle the loan of the complainant for an amount of Rs.18,000/-. This amount may be paid by the complainant in two installments of Rs.9000/- each on 16.08.2013 and 16.09.2013. After receipt of this payment, NOC shall be issued to the complainant within 30 days.”

            Sh.Sandeep Suri, Counsel for OPs has also appended his signatures on the said statement.

            Sh.N.S.Jagdeva, Counsel for Complainant, alongwith Sh.Ranjit Singh, Complainant in person, has accepted the offer and has made the following statement, recorded separately;-

“I accept the offer. The complainant shall make the payment of Rs.9000/- each to the OPs on or before 16.08.2013 and 16.09.2013 respectively. The complaint be disposed of accordingly.”     

            In view of the statements made by the parties, it is ordered that the complainant shall make the payment of Rs.18,000/- to the OPs in two installments of Rs.9000/- each on or before 16.08.2013 and 16.09.2013 respectively, in respect of his loan in question. After the receipt of these payments, the OPs shall issue NOC to the complainant within 30 days.              Hence, the complaint is disposed of accordingly.

            Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
